Time and Life

The one soul plays the dual role of the disciple and the guru preceptor. Each individual seeks progress. On one side one has doubts and questions and on the other the soul as the guru guides and answers. The scriptures say ‘ătmaiva gururékam’- the soul alone is the guru. When the seeker comes up to the pituitary through meditation he has different spiritual experiences. At that time he will get answers to all his inner questions.

The Lord, the inner self is saying, “I am eternal time. Every thing is created in time. Every thing meets their end in time. I am here to annihilate all the worlds, the lokas. There are seven lokas in the seven centers. These seven lokas lose their separate existence and become one through meditation. In this way one becomes free from the sense of body and world.”

The breath measures the time or life span of each person. Through meditation and breath control, one can be free from restlessness, be realized and have eternal life.
