The yogi with his love withdraws his inhalation…. By the help of this the yogi can burn all his desires in the spiritual fire that is inside the cranium…. The Hindus carry fire wood, incense, fruits and flowers to God for his satisfaction. The Christians take candles, flowers and donations to the altar. The Mohammedans enter into the mosque with incense to satisfy God. But the Kriya Yogis are conveying their lives, that is, they are offering their breath of life to the living fire that is the soul. The Kriya Yogis constantly offer oblation to the fire and becomes very humble towards the soul, that is, the power of God. Lahiri Baba and Shriyukteshwarji said, “Through every human being, the power of God is taking 21,600 inhalations in a day. Of these if a person can watch 1700 inhalations and exhalations taken by the soul through his nose, then he finishes the meditation of ten years.”
If any one practices Kriya yoga and prays devotedly to god to go up and come down the spine using inhalation and exhalation, he will destroy the bad effects of stars and planets. Divine grace will certainly exercise influence over his six centers and make him free from troubles and will give him integral advancement.
