“O Arjuna! Pleased with you I have shown you my supreme form through my yogic power. My splendid, universal infinite and primal form has never been seen before by anyone other than you” Gita 11-47.
The form of the Lord is filled with light, is all pervading and infinite. The gross eye cannot perceive it. Through atma yoga, one can perceive, conceive and realize it.
What is atma yoga? It is the constant union (yoga) of the body and the soul (yoga), which the ordinary body conscious people are not able to realize it. Atma yoga is the foundation of Kriya practice. When one practices Kriya with sincerity, fixing the attention in the pituitary and the fontanel, one is able to achieve such vision. In this state there is no trace of I and mine – ego consciousness.
Through the practice of Kriya one attains marvelous powers and can feel God’s omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient form. Regular practice of meditation enables one to rise above the human state and to be merged in the divine state.
