Be like the Bee

A bee always looks for honey in a flower while the fly searches for rotten objects. Similarly a wise man looks for good qualities in a person but a fool only sees mistakes and defects. Be intelligent. Be noble and virtuous. You should always see the good in others and enjoy peace and happiness. If you see only faults in others, your life will be miserable. Be pure and be divine. Look at your own mistakes and try to overcome them.

A person who is not extremely careful cannot see his own defects. If he does not seek to find his own faults and bad qualities, how can he avoid them? The main difficulty is that people have a tendency to think they are right and others are wrong. This is a critical problem. If someone points out your faults, thank him, and try to find a remedy. A true spiritual life is a life of purity free from delusive error.

Pray sincerely, “Oh Lord! You have created the universe in such a way that illusion, delusion and error are always trying to cover my ‘soul-consciousness’. Please remove this darkness and protect me, lead me and guide me on the royal road to the divine kingdom, which is within me.”
