"Only a real realized monk, who has penetrated behind the veil of nature's splendors and who has penetrated behind the veil of all religions, and has really reached the knowledge, consciousness, super-consciousness, cosmic consciousness and wisdom, can infuse the power."
- Paramahamsa Hariharananda

"Life is an opportunity; one should make the best use of it.
- Paramahamsa Prajnanananda

In this Fiftieth Birthday issue of Sthitaprajna, we have many interesting features.

Prajnanavani features the article "Love, Means of Liberation" elaborating on how one who has the real love, which is immortal in nature, crosses the ocean of the world himself and can also helps others to cross. We recollect some special birthdays and the birthday song of Swami Brahmanandaji, a brother monk of guruji who is no more. We also include some quotes and excerpts from the messages of Guruji. Gurupurnima extols the glory of the Guru. "Freedom and Liberation" explains what real freedom is. Our serial Ramakatha continues with Lord Rama redeeming the curse of Ahalya and continuing the journey to Mithila.

Prashnottari discusses answers to some interesting questions. We feature a special article on Balashram and the amazing work being done there with the children. We celebrate the significant milestone achieved after years of Guruji's training, dedication and hard work that culminated in widening the reach of the gurukulam with the addition of newly initiated monks and brahmacharis.

We also bring you many other inspiring articles, messages, dates to remember, upcoming events, and the ashram news at home and abroad.
